Imagine Studios

Imagine Studios will present acclaimed Nipmuck cultural performer, knowledge keeper, artisan, and educator Hawk Henries at Newburyport's sixth annual Indigenous Peoples' Day celebration of traditional and contemporary Indigenous cultural arts. Henries will share original compositions performed on his handmade flutes, lead a public flute-making demonstration and playing workshop, and participate in the event's opening ceremony along the Merrimack River, sharing his music in acknowledgment of intertribal Peoples from across the Northeast Dawnland and beyond.
