These grants are for documentary filmmakers in New England. A maximum of (6) Pre-production grants of $5,000 each and (6) Early Development grants of $2,500 each will be awarded for the use of: research, travel, location scouting, script or storyboard development, experimentation with shooting picture and sound, distribution planning, fundraising, creating a trailer, schedule and budget development, or staffing (creative, technical, or otherwise).

The Rauschenberg Dancer Emergency Grants program provides one-time grants of up to $3,000 to professional dancers facing dire financial emergencies, due to the loss or lack of recent/current live performance work, because of circumstances outside of their control.

Assets for Artists (A4A) provides professional development workshops, coaching, and creative community building for artists of all disciplines. They define “artist” very broadly to include visual artists, writers, musicians, dancers, theater practitioners, craftspeople, jewelers, fashion designers, puppeteers, fiber artists, drag performers, social practice and public artists, photographers, filmmakers, woodworkers, traditional artisans, and more.

Lyndon Institute is inviting artists in all performing arts disciplines to apply for residency. Lyndon Institute is a comprehensive town academy with a robust arts program that serves high school students and offers a robust curriculum, including fine and performing arts. The Barbara Follett Artist-in-Residence will guide students through an introduction to, or exploration of, a chosen discipline, helping them develop the skills necessary to produce/hone in their own art/skill development. The resident artist may teach or co-teach one class per week, provide a master class, or other educational opportunity plus provide a performance of work for the public and/or school community at Lyndon Institute, located in Lyndon, Vermont.

The Disability Rising Fellowship is a year-long program that supports rising multi-marginalized disabled leaders who are ready to build their public voice and create cultural change. We are looking for fellows working across social movements and issue areas, as we believe every issue is a disability issue. But we need your work to connect the dots on why your issue is a disability issue.

The Northborough Arts Council (NAC) of Massachusetts is accepting submissions for a large, iconic free-standing permanent sculpture that will serve as a focal point for Northborough’s placemaking efforts. As part of the “LOVE Northborough” public art campaign, we invite artists to submit proposals that reflect the unique spirit of our town. Our hope is to create
something as beloved and recognizable as Boston’s Ducklings — a landmark that residents and visitors alike can connect with. Both proposed work and finished pieces will be considered.

From satirical irony to visual tricks, artists have long used humor in their practice to point towards layered intentions. Humor not only makes us crack a smile, but is a tool to challenge conventions and critique culture. Enlisting cheeky quips or juicy irony creates a different type of visual language, one which challenges perceptions of difficult topics and allows us to laugh in the face of it all. Gallery 263 invites artists from across the United States to submit their artwork that celebrates the subversive, satirical, and funny way of observing the world.
Artists will be notified of juror selections by September 19th.

The Rauschenberg Medical Emergency Grants program provides grants of up to $5,000 for recent, unexpected medical, dental, and mental health emergencies experienced by artists in financial need who are creating in the visual arts, film/video/electronic/digital arts, or choreography. Privacy is guaranteed.

Innovate Grant awards (2) $1,800.00 grants each quarter, to one Visual Artist and one Photographer. In addition, (12) honorable mentions (6 in art and 6 in photo), will be featured on our website and join a growing community of vibrant and talented artists. Innovate Grant's commitment extends beyond the grant cycle by promoting the work of selected winners and honorable mentions into the future.

Art and objects of cultural heritage are vulnerable to the impacts of time and the conservation of these works calls attention to the rich diversity of the human experience. Through the Bank of America Art Conservation Project and our partnerships, we support this work because we believe in preserving this shared history for future generations. The 2025 Bank of America Art Conservation Project is funding 16 conservation projects around the world.

The Artadia Awards provide financial support, exposure and recognition to artists. The awards are unrestricted, allowing artists to use the funds in any way they choose.

Through this grant, Midwestern organizations can now request up to $15,000 to bring a professional artist into their community and host creative, engaging public activities.

General Operating Support for Artists provides grants for three consecutive years for three artists to work toward large, specific, self-identified goals in their art practice.

The program funds via matching grants capital improvement, preservation, renovation and new construction projects for public and nonprofit artistic performance centers, museums and cultural art centers located throughout the state. Project proposals that address accessibility, help buildings conform with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), update building and fire codes, increase energy efficiency, and grow programming capacity are particularly encouraged.

The Town of Cohasset Planning Department, in partnership with the Paul Pratt Memorial Library, is seeking visionary artists or artist teams to design and build two original, temporary public art installations for display from May through November 2026. This exciting opportunity invites creatives to propose Outdoor Reading Nooks—functional, sculptural works of art that will transform the library’s front lawn at 35 Ripley Road into welcoming spaces for reading, reflection, and community connection. With a total commission of $12,000, the selected artist(s) will create engaging, interactive pieces that celebrate learning, creativity, and public gathering. Let your work help shape a more inspired and connected Cohasset.

The David Hoose Grant is a biennial, $5,000 grant supporting the commission of meaningful new choral music with instrumental accompaniment. This grant supports new compositions that explore choral music’s unique capacity to help us understand our history, reflect on our present, and envision our future.

The Hills and Hollows Fund was established at the Vermont Community Foundation in 2003 to support educational opportunities, children and families, and efforts that foster the future sustainability of Poultney and its nearby communities.

The Community Sculpture Walk exhibits outdoor sculptures to enhance the use of open space in Watertown, encourage public interaction with contemporary art, and create an annual exhibition opportunity for artists at all career stages working in a variety of mediums. Selected artists will be awarded $3,000 for the two-year loan of their sculpture. Artists are responsible for transporting their work to and from the Community Sculpture Walk and the installation and deinstallation of their artwork.

501(c)(3) nonprofits that provide health, safety, or welfare services in Vermont can receive an enhanced incentive, covering 100% of costs up to $7,500, with a limit of 4 products, in addition to standard rebate offers.

Artist Open Studio Tour grants support marketing and administration for an artist-initiated open studio tour. The studio tour must consist of multiple artists within one studio building or several nearby buildings and be open to the public.
