<p><span style="font-size: medium; font-family: -webkit-standard; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Shift Again is a video screening and performance with live singing developed by transdisciplinary choreographer Sara Smith. The work combines texts, meditations, songs, dance, and historical reflection within an imagined ecotopian future, bringing together scientific research and creative approaches to imagining an interconnected planet. Audience members will learn simple “future folk songs” from Smith’s </span><em style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">Inside the Breath</em><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-size: medium; font-family: -webkit-standard;"> project to sing alongside the projected video, with additional harmonies performed by collaborating singers. The engagement will include community rehearsals, workshops, and a post-performance discussion and artist talk.</span></p>
