<p>Different Ships, Same Boat is an interactive, multidisciplinary performance blending spoken word, music, and storytelling to explore the ways Americans risk, live, love, and connect. Through real-world narratives, Regie Gibson and Guy Mendilow will guide audiences with humor, poignancy, and poetry, layered over an evocative musical score. Associated events will include Listening Labs and Ponder to Page story-crafting workshops, helping participants uncover personal narratives. A post-performance Q&amp;A will foster discussion, while Rooted &amp; Rising, a story slam and visual arts exhibition, will extend the conversation by showcasing community stories of resilience, belonging, and diversity. </p>
