The Yard

The Yard brings Sandglass Theater's "Punschi" to their Saturday, Free Family Matinee series for two performances. Performed by Shoshana Bass and Jana Zeller, "Punschi" is a delightful puppet show performed by two eminently talented puppeteers. Jana Zeller performs Kasper & the Cow, a re-interpretation of the traditional German puppet character as comic hero whose efforts to go on a trip with his red suitcase are flustered by a comic cow, and aided by a friendly giant. Shoshana Bass' "Fritzi's Flea Circus" is a spectacle of miniature proportions following its tiny hero through an adventurous day of circus feats performed through theatrical tricks.
