<p>Taylor Ho Bynum's Nextette is a project designed to share the improvisational practices and creative philosophies of free music across generations and with new communities, students, and audiences. During this project, a series of workshops and rehearsal will be held for students and young professional musicians to expand their knowledge and experience in cross-genre improvisation, and will end with a performance that features Bill Dixon's Index, in celebration of Dixon's centennial in 2025.</p>
