Wellesley College will engage the International Contemporary Ensemble, and composers Ashley Fure and Suzanne Farrin, for a scaled down version of the powerful project 'Force of Things'. The artists will be engaged in residency activities for students and the public, collaborate with stakeholders in the college's new Sustainability Initiative, and present a full evening presentation, free and open to the public. In addition to the performance, this engagement will include Midday Muse lecture demonstrations, receptions, class visits, "meet the composers" opportunities, and more, and will be live streamed as much as is feasible.
