University of Massachusetts, Asian Arts and Culture Program

The UMass Fine Arts Center's Asian Arts and Culture Program will present the Voices of Afghanistan music ensemble as a part of their 2012-2013 season. The public performance will be featured within the larger context of educational learning and social interaction with the community through participating in multiple workshops, artist/community dialogue, films,and a pre and post performance discussions. A reception to honor the artists will be held with the local Afghan and South Asian community and open to the public.
