<p><span style="font-size: 14px;">In 2026, I will spend two weeks at Jacob’s Pillow conducting archival research on the partnership of Merce Cunningham and John Cage, as initial inquiry toward a new performance project. With NEFA support, I will follow that residency by working with dramaturg Rebecca Steinberg at Casco Bay Movers to physicalize discoveries from the residency through 20 hours of studio research, culminating in an open rehearsal and informal public presentation. As a queer artist based in Maine, I engage collaborators and projects under the umbrella of Big Boy Dance. This project sustains momentum between the residency and future company rehearsals planned for Fall 2026, ensuring that archival research is embodied and ready for development into the next choreographic work (working title ENIGMA).</span></p>
