<p>This proposal seeks to bring Wrack Zone, an immersive, participatory performance by artist Eli Nixon, to SPACE. Inspired by the intertidal "wrack zone", where organic and human-made materials accumulate, Nixon reimagines this liminal space as a site of creative possibility and resilience. Blending sculpture, performance, music, and community engagement, Wrack Zone invites audiences to explore coastal adaptation, ecological interdependence, and speculative futures. Aligning with SPACE Gallery's mission to support experimental contemporary art, Wrack Zone will activate local audiences and strengthen dialogue around environmental and social transformation through interdisciplinary art and community participation.</p>
