To strengthen my work as a Yiddish dance leader and further develop my choreographic practice, fusing elements of Yiddish folk dance with my contemporary movement style, I will be taking a research trip to attend KlezKanada in 2025. There, I will study with Walter Zev Feldman, a key figure credited with preserving Yiddish dance as part of the Klezmer revival. Following the retreat, I will also attend the International Yiddish Dance Conference in Montreal.
