<p>The Quick Center for the Arts at Fairfield University will present the Silkroad Ensemble with their project "American Railroad" on Friday, November 7, 2025. In addition, the artists will be in residence November 3-7, 2025 to lead open rehearsals, workshops, and engage in a food experience that follows the people and cultures that built the American Railroad system through cuisine.</p>
