Puppet Showplace Theater will present two evening performances of Susan Linn's "What the Duck?" for our Puppets at Night series for adult audiences. In addition to the performances, we will offer a 6 week Ventriloquism class taught by acclaimed puppeteer Susan Linn that will cover technique, character building and the history of ventriloquism.
Dr. Susan Linn is a ventriloquist, children’s psychologist, Mr. Rogers’ Neighborhood alumna, nonprofit leader (founder of the Campaign for a Commercial-Free Childhood, now called Fairplay) and a delightfully talented elder of the PST artist community. She performed during PST's opening season and is a regular host of PST's Puppet Slams with her puppet, Audrey Duck.
