Puppet Showplace Theater

Puppet Showplace Theater will present Mesner Puppet Theater's acclaimed, nationally-touring production "Animal Amigos" to family and field trip audiences during summer 2022. This show features bilingual retellings of two delightful Hispanic folktales, "The Adventures of Tio Conejo" and "Medio Pollito." Partnerships with local Spanish-immersion schools and cultural organizations will extend the production's reach in the community. The company will also collaborate with a local Spanish-speaking puppetry apprentice, who will understudy the role this season and who will be available for future engagements with the company in the Northeast.
