<p>In the summer of 2025, Portland Ovations will showcase Circus Smirkus's Big Top Tour, the only tented traveling youth circus in the United States, at the Cumberland Fairgrounds. This exciting event, featuring a traditional European-style big top tent, will have four performances over two days to provide engaging, entertaining and accessible summer programming for families.</p>
