Mayo Street Arts

Mayo Street Arts (MSA) will welcome hip hop violinist Big Lux for a residency that includes a public performance at MSA and a free workshop for teens and adults. Big Lux will also perform for students of East End Community School and conduct workshops for students in select grades.

This residency is one of three in a partnership between Mayo Street Arts and the East End Community School during the 2022-23 school year. A committee of faculty and elementary students help to select the artists, tailor in-school workshops to support classroom curriculum, and evaluate the program. This partnership is part of MSA's year-round approach toward engagement with our neighbors in East Bayside, along with our Summer Youth Program and Club MSA: Arts After School.
