<p><span style="font-size: 14px;">Identity Politics phase 1 (IP p1) explores what it means to have mixed marginalized identities and how that impacts your sense of self and community. As someone who is half Jewish, half Colombian, queer, and neurodivergent, this project is meant to be an embrace of identities that are not always visible and a reckoning with the concept of being enough. &quot;Identity Politics&quot; attempts to answer the questions: How do we enter spaces as our full selves when we are only half of something? How do we connect with these different aspects of our heritage when we are losing access to the things that make those connections possible? How does the current political climate affect which identities we choose to show to others and which ones we embrace?</span></p>
