The International Festival of Arts & Ideas will present Grammy-nominated Afro-Cuban musician Cimafunk for a free concert on the New Haven Green. Local group Matt Kampe & The Hub will open the show, connecting Cimafunk’s global influences with the festival’s theme of Home & Belonging. The engagement will also include a workshop and soundcheck for local students and a cultural dinner with community members.
