Institute of Contemporary Art

The Institute of Contemporary Art presented AS220 Criss Cross Orchestra (ACCO) as part of its 75th Anniversary Community Day on December 10, 2011. On this day, admission to the museum was free and there were a variety of art activities, films, and performances throughout the day, and the joyful and diverse sounds of ACCO was a highlight of the celebration. Throughout their performance, ACCO discussed with the audience the different instruments they use, highlighting the cultural sources of some of their sounds.
