The Hopkins Center will present two performances by Kuchipudi dancer Shantala Shivalingappa with four live musicians, of “Akasha,” a program showcasing her artistry with five solos inspired by ancient Hindu poems. This engagement will also include a residency connecting the artists through personal interactions with Dartmouth students as well as members of the greater Dartmouth community in the Upper Valley.
