I Am Foreign to Myself is a collaboration between Goat in the Road Productions (GRP) and the New Orleans Pharmacy Museum (NOPM). A combination of radio production and devised ensemble performance, I Am Foreign to Myself will explore the ecstasy and limits of pain relief through the lens of 19th century medicine and the early days of modern anesthesiology.
