Fort Point Arts Community

Installation of programmable LED lights to create the illusion of a starry night under the Summer Street bridge over A Street. This project will serve to beautify, brighten and increase safety in the passageway, which is dark, dingy, and feels unsafe. It is a stretch of sidewalk that will connect - literally and more importantly, visually - the artist community with the Innovation District and the waterfront beyond. Illuminating this area with public art serves the immediate community of residents, workers and businesses who traverse this site.
