CALIFA, Dancing Earth's California branch, organized an arts and healing festival called The Source at Cal State East Bay in Hayward, CA and Dance Mission in San Francisco, CA that took place between September 7th and 10th, 2023. The Source is a gathering of intercultural experiences and expressions, encompassing creativity, wellness, self-love, and compassion–conjured by and for our diverse communities. UNBOUND was commissioned to perform an excerpt at Dance Mission and offer a community workshop based on the techniques they are using to develop their work.
