<p>Portland Bach Experience (PBE), a program of Classical Uprising, is an annual festival that challenges preconceived notions about where and how we experience classical music by bringing it back into social spaces and people's everyday lives. The 2025 festival will introduce The Pandora Consort, an early music vocal ensemble specializing in the works of female composers. Through their program "Hildegard Reanimated: Vision in Vision", Pandora Consort introduces audiences to the music, artwork, and philosophy of Hildegard von Bingen, a 12th-century Benedictine abbess, composer, philosopher, and botanist.</p>
