Buckman Arts Center

<p>The Buckman will present a residency with Flamenco Vivo Carlota Santana in Memphis to include: -An evening performance open to the public for 320 patrons at Buckman on Friday, March 27 at 7 p.m. We anticipate the audience makeup to include about 35% racial and ethnic minorities, 15% seniors, 25% students under age 18, with 10% of tickets issued free of charge to underserved participants, -A lecture/demonstration for 355 English as a Second Language students from the underrepresented communities attending Kingsbury and Treadwell Elementary schools on Friday, March 27 at 11 a.m. -A community dance class for 100 participants at the University of Memphis on Thursday, March 26 at 6 p.m., with people of color comprising 70% of the students, aged 22 and below.</p>
