BDF will present Vanessa Anspaugh’s Mourning in the 2023 Festival. We will present two performances as well as an artist talk about the making of this piece. In addition, Anspaugh will teach a week-long composition intensive in the Professional Training Program, teaching the tools she used to make this iterative work that has developed over the last 4 years.
