Arts Equity Group
Danielle Amodeo (she/her) is passionate about leveraging the arts and culture ecosystems to generate impact in the economic and social realms. She uses relational organizing models to promote accessibility and power sharing within the arts. Danielle founded Arts Equity Group in 2022 to help nonprofits, foundations, and municipalities to define, measure, and articulate your impact, resulting in stronger community support, higher participation rates, and broader recognition.
Danielle has been recognized locally and nationally for her contributions to arts and culture with Art Table’s New Leadership Award, two Stevie Awards, a citation from Governor Maura Healey, and more. She holds a Bachelor’s in European Studies from Amherst College and a Master’s in Art History from Williams College.
Dr. Cidhinnia M. Torres Campos (she/her) has over 25 years of experience as a strategist, researcher, evaluator, facilitator, and collaborator. She completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of Puerto Rico, Mayagüez Campus, and holds master’s and doctorate degrees in Ecological/Community Psychology from Michigan State University. She was a Postdoctoral Research Fellow on a NIMH-funded research grant, under Dr. Jean Phinney, at California State University, Los Angeles. She also completed the Education Policy Fellowship through the Institute for Educational Leadership. Awards received include the Change Award for Innovation and Leadership, the Phenomenal and Remarkable Women Award, the Women in Philanthropy Award for Volunteerism, and the Leading Women Award.
Cidhinnia has worked extensively with a wide variety of public, non-profit, and education organizations on issues related to access, positive youth development, and academic success. She has broad and comprehensive expertise in the evaluation of clinically-based, faith-based, and community-based programming. She has also worked extensively in institutional research and effectiveness, strategic planning, and project management. She has presented and provided training across the country on theories and principles of community and educational research and assessment, strategic program development, and evaluation strategies and implementation. She has presented and published globally in a variety of academic and applied forums.
Dr. Bulaong "Bu" Ramiz (she/they) is a Black and Boricua Queer Muslim activist, advocate, and mama who has dedicated her life to creating communities rooted in equity, justice, and accountability. After retiring from her full-time career as a higher education professional, she transitioned to consulting where she supports organizations that align their rhetoric and espoused values with their policies and practices, shifting organizational cultures away from the status quo toward more equitable and relationship-centered ways of being.
In a practice of liberation, Dr. Bu loves to spend time gardening, playing with her daughter, trying new restaurants, and finding new comrades at protests and organizing meetings. She dreams of one-day doing stand-up comedy and repatriating to her motherland of Boriken. Dr. Bu holds a BA in American Studies from Wesleyan University, a MS in Counselor Education from Central Connecticut State University, and an EdD in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from the University of Kansas.
Jameson R. DeNyse (he/him) combines analytical precision with artistic and linguistic fluency. He studied Mathematics and French at Amherst College, complementing his academic work with immersive experiences at the Sorbonne and Université Paris 8 in Paris. He manages projects, analyzes data, and translates complex ideas across languages and mediums. His background spans community engagement, fashion, and tech, always centering equity and clarity in communication. Jameson thrives at the intersection of computation, creativity, and cross-cultural understanding.
