Kamaria Weemz will do land-based research along liberated routes that are a part of the history that is often repressed or hard for Black folks to access without the capacity to moving through traumatic histories with support, care, and dignity. There are 3 liberated routes that they will access with PALF: research at the Royal House + Slave Quarters in Medford MA, a gator dome (Cypress dome) in the Everglades of Miami FL, and a clearing on land in Georgia.
