Bring your tambourine, cowbell, voice, and guiro and “Let’s Plena” with Jorge Arce and the Raiz de Plena band. With members of the Bomba Sankofa Dance Troupe, Roberto and Gloria Cepeda, accompanied by world renowned percussionist Emdel Dueño, Community Plenazo & Bombazo Primaveral celebrates African ancestry in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean through ancient participatory music and dance.
