The deadline for submitting a concept proposal for Creative City Boston is June 17, 2019. 

Got questions? Schedule a 30-minute conversation with NEFA staff to ask questions that are specific to your Creative City Boston Concept Proposal.  Office hour appointments may be in person, or by video call (zoom.us) or phone call.  

Registration is required. Before scheduling your office hours:

  1. You must have a concept proposal started in NEFA's online grants portal. If you haven’t started your proposal yet, please start your proposal.
  1. Only sign up for one time slot.  NEFA staff will send an email to confirm your time slot. 
  1. Come prepared! Be sure you've reviewed the details of the grant and program. Share specific questions you have about your application or the program. This will help ensure that the office session (30 min) is best spent honing the proposal you are in the process of developing.  
  1. Registration is required. If a slot is filled please sign up for a different time or put your name on the wait list. 

Update, May 23, 2019: all Office Hour slots have been filled, but there is still room on the waitlists. Please put your name on the waitlist for the times when you are most available. You will be notified if a slot has opened up with as much advance time as possible. Thank you!
