Arrived in Indonesia after 30+ hours of traveling. We had a lovely dinner with Chodidah "Toto" Rahardjo from the U.S. Embassy in Jakarta and Amna Kusumo from the Kelola Foundation. They have both worked hard to arrange our itinerary and will be accompanying us throughout the trip. It's so nice to have their expertise and guidance, especially when it comes to ordering delicious food and crossing the busy Jakarta streets! Tomorrow we fly down to Solo for the first of our meetings, but first it's time to sleep.
