Christal Brown moved her life and practice to Vermont approximately ten years ago, however the nonprofit that she founded has remained based in New York. Funding will be used to obtain services and support to assist the organization in transitioning and becoming fully established in Vermont, and to increase systems and capacity to ensure organizational longevity. The organization’s mission, vision and programs will be protected and strengthened through the development of infrastructure systems, board development and training, strategic planning and visioning, implementation of technological and financial systems management, communication systems and increased human resources.
