This project is a flying trapeze training opportunity with Miguel Caceres of The Flying Caceres', a flying trapeze artist whose quadruple flip made world records. For this project, I am training flying trapeze with Miguel, with the intention of using those skills to create a performance troupe that could tour with other circus artists to perform a circus/flying trapeze/dance piece that expresses the mythology of revolution, drawing from mythologies of revolution that are specific to the collaborating artists and their histories. This grant will go towards the training portion of this project.
