Grant Amount:
$500 Mark Berger will compose a new work for the Worcester Chamber Music Society for flute, clarinet, cello and piano. The work will be premiered at WCMS's concerts on April 13 and 14. Each concert will be preceded by a talk by the composer about his work. In addition, Mr Berger will participate in a school workshop with WCMS at the Burncoat Fine Arts Magnet School (Worcester) where he and WCMS will perform and discuss the music as well as the composition process.
