Taquana Peters

In an effort to restore the mission of the Native American Youth Enrichment Program, Taquana Peters has proposed a project that will engage youth members in creating their first regalia. Basic eastern woodland traditional regalia techniques will be taught to a small group of teenagers, who will in turn mentor younger members in creating moccasins.
