Puppet Showplace Theatre will present National Marionette Theatre's Boston-area debut of "Peter and the Wolf" as part of our spring programming for children, families, and community groups. This classic retelling of the traditional Russian folktale using Prokofiev's orchestral music will be a capstone of our spring theme, featuring music's role in bringing stories to life. The artists do demonstrations and Q/A's after each of 6 public shows. We will host a reception for patrons, and hope to offer a workshop and/or an after-school program visit.
