Projects2k along with Neighborhood Music School will host 2 performances on Summer Solstice by innovative composer Istvan B'Racz who will gather sounds of the city both previously recorded and live to create a unique time based performance. Previous to the performance B'Racz will invite audience members to work with him to gather sounds of New Haven and contribute sounds from their neighborhoods which will be included in a sounds Blog. A discussion before the performance will explore how sounds identify and reveal new aspects of neighborhoods.
