Portland Ovations is presenting Boston's renowned Handel and Haydn Society as part of their 2011-2012 Classical series. The afternoon public performance will be accompanied by a contextual lecture with director and harpsichordist Ian Watson, as well as a lecture-demonstration on early instruments by a local luthier.
