Merriconeag Waldorf School

The Big Top Tour is our engine for bringing circus arts to our students & to the greater community. We partner with local Arts Presenters & non-profits throughout the year to take the joy of Smirkus far beyond the ring. We offer: master classes with visiting circus performers; a circus arts camp, to which we provide scholarships; workshops with Smirkus troupers; backstage tours & demonstrations; visits to the local children's hospital; subsidized Smirkus tickets for over 700 children-in-need. Smirkus is truly a community event here in Freeport!
