Litchfield Performing Arts/Litchfield Jazz Festival

Litchfield Jazz Festival and Camp will host composer Kris Allen for a 4 week residency which will include a public performance (August 2), combo coaching sessions, masterclasses, weekly Q&As and instruction in composing. The composition, written in an improvisational, modern vein, will be used as a model for the student's own composing, with a twist. The approach will use a game stucture to inform the process.
