Lawrence CommunityWorks, in partnership with the Essex Art Center, Lawrence History Center, and Groundwork Lawrence, is requesting support from NEFA to engage artists in the development of a Public Art Master Plan and Pilot Project for Union Crossing, a bold and innovative redevelopment project that will transform a complex of 19th century textile mills into a dynamic new mixed-use neighborhood.
