Intermezzo

Intermezzo will be producing Cambridge based composer James Yannatos' opera Rocket's Red Blare on Sept 23-24, 2011 at Harvard's Agassiz Theater. Mr. Yannatos will participate in a pre-performance lecture on the composition process of the opera, inspiration for the libretto, and the political implications of the piece to our time. Mr. Yannatos will also be assisting the singers and instrumentalists during the rehearsal process to aid in preparation and interpretation of his score. A post-performance reception will also be held in his honor.
