Friends of Music at Guilford, Incorporated

Friends of Music is responsible for the music in the production of Verandah Porche's play, Broad Brook Anthology, a highlight of the Town's 250th anniversary celebration. Composer Don McLean, who is writing the music for the work, will assist at both music-only and full rehearsals. He will meet the community and the elders on whose words the play is based at a special reading/reception during the autumn at the new Guilford Sound studio, and at performances. He will also give presentations to Guilford K-8 students and to Guilford Seniors.
