Weaver Elizabeth James Perry and singer Jennifer Kreisberg have both worked in the past on weaving techniques of the Eastern seaboard using modern wool. For this exchange, they will travel to a Native American Festival in Alabama and will employ natural materials found in the Southern state to create works based on geometric patterns of Mississippian Native art. In exchange, Jennifer will teach Elizabeth two weaving songs that they will perform at the festival.
