David Sanipass and Elizabeth James Perry share a common interest in Native art and history and the commonalities found in the rich tradition of storytelling. In an effort to honor these oral traditions and to continue this practice, the artists will exchange stories from their respective Northeastern Native Nations. Through storytelling each will learn more about behavioral norms, historical information and knowledge of material culture.
