Brenda Hill

Brenda Hill learned pottery from her mother who exposed her to traditional and contemporary styles. Honored by this art that has endured through time and the knowledge that passed on to her, Brenda will use her funding to mentor a young Narragansett potter. The apprenticeship will focus on the historic styles of pottery from the Eastern Woodlands and the hand building skills associated with that style.
