Rhode Island-based composer Steven Jobe will produce another installment of his work-in-progress opera, The Legend of the Fairy Melusine. The program will include selections from Acts I, II and III in the first half; the second half will be a fully-staged version of Act IV. For this work, Jobe is working in collaboration with director/dramaturge Vanessa Gilbert, developing an artistic vocabulary that merges music and media.
