Expeditions Tour Planning and Touring online grant applications must be submitted before midnight on February 17, 2012.

Online evaluations must be submitted within one month from the end of the artist engagement to receive reimbursement. Read the Grantee Requirements for Reimbursement.
NEFA staff is available for assistance Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM EST.

Early November 2011: Idea Swap (annual, one-day networking conference)
Mid-February 2012: Receipt Deadline for Expeditions Tour Planning and Touring applications
Mid-April 2012: Expeditions Tour Planning and Touring grant recipients notified
June 2012:
- Tour Planning period begins (and continues through mid-February 2013) for tour planning grant recipients
- Touring period begins (and continues through August 2013) for touring grant recipients
