ARTS JOBS Recovery Funding NEFA is making American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funds available in special, one-time grants through three different program areas. Arts Jobs: Public Artist Fee Support is available to community-based nonprofit organizations in New England for artist and/or contractual fees related to the implementation of a planned public art project that may be significantly delayed or cancelled due to the economic downturn.
Public Art Northern New England
NEFA has recently paired New England artists and artist teams with six community-based nonprofit organizations in Northern New England to plan and/or create a site-specific contemporary public artwork for the local community. The supported work represents a wide range of public art projects including temporary work, permanent sculpture, public art master plans and more. Please see our public art grantees section for more information on these exciting projects.
