Vermont Performance Lab

VPL will host Dahlia Nayar for 15 days of creative residency October 2012 - May 2013. Nayar's work in development is inspired by her experience as an Asian-American and will investigate issues of belonging, creating habitat, and the ways we embody culture and memory. Partner education and culture organizations will link Nayar with students, the general public and the local Asian-American community through workshops, informal gatherings, talks, recording sessions, classes and a culminating Asian dinner and work-in-progress showing.
